At SEPHANI STORES, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition.

Please note that we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.

However, we do provide exchange support in the following situations:

• Incorrect size received
• Damaged product received
• Defective item

To request an exchange, customers must contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

To process the exchange request, please share:

  • Order number

  • Product details

  • Clear photos of the product

Once the request is verified, we will initiate the exchange process.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
